BRITISH AEROPLANE FIRED AT

HONG-KONG, Nov. 30

A British naval communiqué issued here says that while engaged in exercises near Hong-kong an aeroplane from H.M. aircraft-carrier Eagle was fired at by an unidentified surface vessel. The pilot was not injured and the machine was not damaged.

The naval authorities are continuing their investigations.
